Walnut Oil

This delicate oil is slow-roasted and expeller pressed in small batches in the Perigord and Burgundy regions of France. The result is a rich, walnut taste that is terrific in cold dishes and salad dressings. It is wonderful drizzled over pasta or risotto and is a lovely oil for dipping.
