You will want to use this adaptable oil in everything from salad dressings to main dishes. Slightly different from Infused oils, fused oil is a combination of flavored olive oil and infused olive oil. We love the explosion of sun-dried tomato, garlic and herb flavors in every drop. Use for dipping bread or drizzling over marinated olives and mushrooms. Create an easy appetizer by drizzling over mozzarella cheese and fresh tomatoes. Move on to the salad course and pair it with a garlic or lemon balsamic vinegar for a bright vinaigrette. Choose your favorite meat, pasta, risotto or vegetable dish and use liberally. Pair with Lemon, Raspberry, Pomegranate, Cranberry-Orange, or Orange Balsamic vinegars.
