We use a crisp California Chardonnay to make this golden-colored jelly. It is like the California sun shining through every jar. Pair this jelly with an aged cheddar or tangy stilton on your cheese board; reduce with a fruity balsamic, like peach or pear to make a glaze for chicken, pork or seafood.
