Garlic Chili Fused Olive Oil

This combination is the result of our olive oil producers trying the Garlic olive oil, directly after sampling the Roasted Chili olive oil during a quality control tasting. We love those happy accidents! This fused oil has become our “go-to” for cooking meats and vegetables, as well as for spicy salad dressings. Brush a little over a steak or salmon filet, toss with pasta, mix into mashed potatoes or even macaroni and cheese. The earthy garlic shows up first, followed by the roasted chili to warm the palate.
