French Grey Sea Salt

French Grey Sea Salt is a coarse salt that has been allowed to come into contact with the clay at the bottom of the harvesting pan. It is then raked off by hand. The delicacy of this salt makes it perfect as a finishing salt, but it is also used widely as a general cooking salt.
