Blueberry Chipotle Jam

We can not get enough of this jam. Sweet blueberries are warmed up with a perfect portion of chipotle peppers. Cheese and charcuterie boards are a natural fit for this jam, but it also works perfectly as a glaze for duck and rich meats, not to mention the spicy kick it adds to a bowl of ice cream.
