Zinfandel Jelly

Dan, owner and producer of White Mountains Canning Company products, created this jelly for his eldest daughter’s baby shower. It was an instant hit with the guests and Dan knew that he had to create a whole line up of wine-based jellies. Light, but with a little zip, this jelly is a beautiful pink color, with all of the sweet notes of White Zinfandel. Perfect for a cheese board or sweet chicken glaze.
